Mr. Jessel went the extra mile and a half
Luck and timing is how I came into contact with Mr. Jessel. The local office was closed when I called and a number for the manager was provided. Mr. Jessel was prompt in responding and came out to my house within 12 hours. A friendly and personable man he listened to what I wanted, walked through the place with me taking measurements, and asking questions about things seen and unseen. We quickly reached agreement on making some minor changes such as painting one wall in the family room. He took the listing and agreed to not publish it for a week to allow me to complete moving my things out before showing the house. Word leaked and he had the place sold within 3 days for the asking price. The buyer went VA and it took their bank and the VA two months to finally close the sale. I was living out of state and Mr. Jessel went the extra mile and a half taking it upon himself to actually perform some of the work the VA required before okaying the sale. We greatly appreciate his efforts on our behalf. If I were ever in the position of selling or buying a house again I could only hope to be so fortunate as to have Mr. Jessel in my corner.
